This website is operated by Kinetic Echo, ABN 45 630 388 947, through its Kinetic Memories service in Canberra, Australia. It provides general information about sensitively creating moving memories and personal films from family photographs.

Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to proceed, reserve production time or create a contract. A project begins only after its scope, price, timing, authority and consent arrangements have been confirmed in writing and the applicable quotation or agreement has been accepted.

Please do not send irreplaceable physical originals or sensitive digital material until a suitable transfer method has been agreed.

We try to keep this website accurate and current, but examples and general information are not a promise that every photograph will produce the same type of result. Suitability depends on image quality, visible detail, the requested movement and the intended use.

Published prices describe the standard scope of each package and may be identified as introductory pricing. Larger, unusually complex or priority projects are quoted individually. Final scope, availability, turnaround and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Moving memories are artistic interpretations generated from limited visual information; they are not authentic recordings of historical events. Movement, expression, clothing or background details may be interpreted imperfectly.

Kinetic Memories exercises human judgment, rejects unsuitable results and provides a review stage, but cannot promise an exact likeness, expression or emotional response. Any agreed deliverable remains subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

You must only provide material you are authorised to use and share. You are responsible for identifying copyright, privacy, cultural, family or estate restrictions and for obtaining any permission required from owners, performers or recognisable people.

You must not use this website or a Kinetic Memories deliverable unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or to represent an AI-created scene as an authentic historical recording.

The Kinetic Memories name, website design, copy, family-approved demonstrations and production materials are owned by or licensed to Kinetic Echo. You may view and share links to this website for ordinary personal or business referral purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, republish or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Ownership and permitted use of client-supplied material and commissioned deliverables are addressed in the project service agreement.

This website may link to third-party services. Their availability, content, security and privacy practices are outside our control. A link does not amount to an endorsement of every statement, product or practice on that service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Services supplied to consumers must be provided with due care and skill, be fit for an agreed purpose where applicable, and be supplied within the agreed time or otherwise a reasonable time.

To the extent permitted by law, Kinetic Echo is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, interruption outside its reasonable control, or misuse of the website by another person. This does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
