Accessibility

A gentler experience should be an accessible one.

We want people with different abilities, technologies and ways of navigating to understand our service and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Our aim

We aim to work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an ongoing commitment, not a claim that every page or media item currently achieves complete conformance.

What we have considered

The website uses structured headings, labelled form controls, keyboard-operable buttons, descriptive image text, visible focus styles, responsive layouts and reduced-motion preferences. Important information is provided as text rather than only through imagery or sound.

Moving-memory videos

The example videos are primarily visual demonstrations with instrumental sound and can be played, paused, muted or returned to their photograph state. Where a future video contains spoken information essential to understanding it, we will aim to provide captions or an appropriate text alternative.

Alternative ways to enquire

If the online form is difficult to use, email Zoran@kineticmemories.com.au. You do not need to use technical accessibility language—simply explain what you were trying to do and what got in the way.

For Canberra clients, an alternative communication or meeting arrangement can be discussed where practical.

Feedback and known limitations

Accessibility requires automated checks and human testing, and some barriers may remain. If you encounter faint text, difficult navigation, an unusable control, inaccessible media or another problem, please contact us. We will acknowledge the issue and look for a practical alternative while we assess a lasting improvement.
